Gospell FM Broadcast Transmitters System 50W 5000W Digital TV Transmitter
- Gospell provides a comprehensive FM broadcast system solution, encompassing all aspects from initial survey and engineering design to construction and installation.
- The transmitter employs advanced technology to enhance signal coverage and transmission quality.
- The multiplexer design enables effective combination of multiple signals, ensuring balanced signal distribution between channels.
- Most product components feature integrated design, with lightweight and compact forms that effectively reduce debugging, installation, and transportation costs, thereby enhancing transmitter efficiency.
- The feeder lines are specially designed to minimize signal loss during transmission, optimizing signal flow from the transmitter to the antenna. System antennas are custom-designed according to customer requirements, meticulously crafted to expand broadcast coverage and enhance reception efficiency.
- Moreover, Gospell takes into account practical operational environments and maintenance requirements during the system design phase, ensuring compliance with engineering standards throughout the entire installation process.
- Gospell offers a one-stop service from design and equipment supply to on-site installation and debugging, along with timely and efficient after-sales support, to ensure the system's high performance and long-term stable operation.
Connection Diagram
The Gospell FM transmitter is primarily composed of modulation modules, power amplifier modules, control modules, sampling modules, switch power supplies, and other units.
It is mainly utilized in wireless communication fields such as FM broadcasting, emergency broadcasting, campus broadcasting, and electronic interference.
Full Bridge Multiplexer
50w/300w/500w/1000w/2000w/4000w
- Purple copper, silver-plated brass, and high-quality aluminum alloy construction
- Integrated filtering technology
- Low loss and VSWR, with high isolation
- Compact structural design for efficient space usage
- Full bridge structure featuring a reserved broadband port for easy expansion across multiple frequency points
- Excellent temperature compensation design for reliable performance under varying conditions
Air insulated RF cable
87MHZ—108MHZ
- The Gospell air-insulated RF cable series has undergone specialized structural design and production processes to enhance the full-frequency VSWR index of the electric winding.
- This ensures compatibility with the multi-frequency usage requirements of broadband digital TV transmission cables, resulting in excellent system matching, transmission performance, and VSWR index for the feeder.
- Specifically, it features low cable loss, excellent VSWR index across all channels, high power capability, and long service life.
Digital TV System
- The signal source of the DVB-T2 system is generally divided into three parts: satellite encrypted programs, free satellite programs, and local programs. Encrypted programs are typically received by satellite set-top boxes (STBs) or CAM card receivers, and the output signal is then sent to HD encoders for program encoding and compression. Free programs are typically received by FTA (Free-to-Air) receivers, and the output IP signal is sent to a transcoder for program compression. The AV signal output from local programs is sent to SD encoders for program encoding and compression.
- The IP signals outputted by the three program sources are then sent to a data switch, and our IP multiplexer is used to multiplex and scramble the programs. The IP signal outputted by the multiplexer is then sent to the DVB-T2 modulator, which modulates the program and combines signals of different frequencies together through a combiner. All combined signals are then transmitted to the digital transmitter and sent to the UHF antenna via a waveguide for transmission.
- Subscribers use Yagi antennas and STBs to receive signals and watch programs on their TVs.
