Product Overview
GN-1886B is GOSPELL’s first universal MPEG-2/MPEG-4 AVC high efficiency SD encoder. It is designed to perform MPEG-2 and AVC compression encoding up to four channels of analog input A/V signals. GN-1886B adopts redundant transport stream output, via both TS-over-UDP and ASI interfaces, and also Web / SNMP- based management can be introduced for convenient management and maintenance. These outstanding features ensure a high quality and reliable MPEG-2 and AVC signal source encoding for DTV head end system applications.
Main Features
· Supports up to four channels of MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 AVC SD encoding
· High picture quality in ultra low bit rate from 0.25Mbps to 5.5Mbps (AVC) or 0.5 to 5.5Mbps
· Web browser GUI and SNMP interface for remote management and control
· Dual Ethernet output, Supporting 1+1 redundancy
· MPEG TS over IP(7 x 188 Byte) output, support MPTS/SPTS mode
· Available audio encoding formats: MPEG-1 Layer 2(default), AAC(optional)
· Multiple video resolutions: PAL: 720 x 576, 704 x 576, 640 x 576, 544 x 576, 352 x 576@50Hz
NTSC: 720 x 480, 704 x 480, 640 x 480, 544 x 480, 352 x 480@60Hz
· Supports VBR/CBR video encoding
· Supports output data rate from 2Mbps to 40Mbps
· Supports simple TS multiplex with auto generated PSI/SI
· Front panel control and LCD display
· Auto-saving of user configuration for the recovery of previous working status
